Zinc Iron Plating – DeKalb Metal Finishing’s Zinc Iron process deposits can provide 600 to 1,000 hours of corrosion protection to red rust.  Deposits contain 0.4-0.8% by weight iron, are extremely fine grained, very low stressed, and burn free, even at unusually high current densities.
